    Hi Marcela,
Beautifully written. I have two children with a rare disease and also am sharing my story.(The Survivor, The Hero & The Angel) Moms with children of special needs focus on what is important –people, family, and love. I would love to post a bit of my story on your site. Or maybe you can read and share. Or maybe soem proceeds can benfit the cause of your choice. Whatever way we connect, know that you will now be in my prayers, like other moms I have connected with over the years. Thnak you. MaryAnn Raccosta Lawrenceille NJ

Hi Marcela, I’m a special father too and proud of my son with Cerebral Palsy. My wife has read you all this time and discovery wonderful things about your experience, thanks to her (my wife) that you are an expert about raising money for Nathan and I know you are really busy working day and night but I hope you write me back soon… I’m working on a benefit concert for Benjamin ( to get money for his second G therapy.

A lot of people says that we as parents are an inspiration and our inspiration is our son and also parents as you, no matter how many time we spend on them we always want the best for them and the smiling face of Nathan is such a prove of how strong you are, and the blessings you will have for all these work.

Only special parents know what does it mean (and this is why we have to share what we know with other parents as you do), how important is to hear these word once in while and whe they come for the heart. So I say goodbye hoping to hear your advice as soon as you can. Nathan is in our prayers, and we wish you the best you absolutely deserve it.

I am a mother of a son with Asperger’s and OCD and although he is now a well educated adult, he requires daily “help with specific issues”. I wish to connect with other parents of adult children who are challenged in so very many ways.
